Demolition:
Removal of existing electrical and plumbing lines, walls, and most equipment.

Construction Features:
• Temporary construction hoarding installed in accordance with property requirements
• One wall shared with an adjacent restaurant; boundaries were clearly identified and marked to prevent accidental demolition or damage
• An 80 sq. ft. tempered glass panel installed between the dining area and kitchen, supported by a custom heavy-duty metal frame
• Due to ground settlement, floor backfilling, reinforcement, and leveling were carried out following demolition
• One existing HVAC unit was retained, with ductwork reinstalled according to the new design layout
• Partial exterior wall refinishing and façade enhancement
