Infrastructure Upgrade: Due to insufficient existing electrical capacity, a six‑month power upgrade was required.

Special Construction Conditions:
• No power supply during the electrical upgrade; daytime construction relied on generators
• Generator noise prohibited nighttime use; during winter, gas heaters were required at night to prevent pipe freezing and avoid deformation of boards due to low temperature and humidity.

Trench Excavation: Floor-exhaust design required ducts to be installed below floor level;trenches were excavated, formed, backfilled, concreted, and sealed.

Floor Exhaust Ducting: As ducts were embedded underground with no access space, an air‑leakage test was required before sealing the trench to ensure airtight welding.
